FMA Consulting was founded by civil professionals who spent over a decade delivering underground infrastructure projects across the Edmonton region. We've run estimates, managed crews, coordinated with municipalities, and closed out contracts — before we ever called ourselves consultants.
That field experience is what sets us apart. When we review a tender, we're thinking about production rates, soil conditions, and subcontractor risk — not just line items on a spreadsheet. When we manage a project, we anticipate problems before they become change orders.
Today, FMA works exclusively with general contractors and developers in the Edmonton market. We keep our client list focused so we can stay deeply involved in every engagement — not spread thin across a hundred projects.
